Too right I did. Market value for the entirety of the 2.85M PXUPAs is what the willing buyers will pay the willing sellers. That is not the same as the prices paid for the 1,000-3,000 PXUPAs trading daily. I control a bundle of PXUPAs and I can assure you that $7-10 is not even in the ball park of what I would sell/exchange them for. Why on earth would PXUPA holders forfeit a $100 face value in exchange for getting a price that they could simply sell into on market today? Much less by exchanging that for scrip rather than cash. I would accept scrip or scrip + cash, but only at a multiple of today's PXUPA market price. Otherwise, I am willing to wait.
