I cannot see a scenario where massive number of shares are issued just to ensure someone guarantees / pays debt.
CFC does have deep pockets and will make a lowball offer which will be accepted in that scenario.
Someone loaded up last week up to about 25c - he/she/it is NOT Father Christmas but does know something.
