Payam Thanks for the reply. Of all the companies you have listed, I only find FRI of interest using my criteria. Property co's I hold are CPA FKP(yuk)MGR SGP. On doing my research I find myself wondering why I hold the REIT's when they have virtually no franked dividends, poor track records when GFC is taken into account, when on the face of it CWP with good management seems a lot safer sleep at night investment over a long challenging period.
