The worse case scenario is that we partner up with someone and build our own railway....there are quite a few juniors looking for a viable transport solution in the area.....cost would be shared...
Alternatively someone builds the infrastructure and we pay access fees....
What ever they plan to do they need to do it now........stop the BS and move on
