where do cfc stand?

    Is the CFC offer on the table? I thought their statement was that they would pay at least 35c IF they decided to bid. According to the company's announcement 21/5: "the (CFC) proposal is indicative, conditional and subject to a due diligence review".

    It would be nice to know where CFC stand on all of this. They are after all the major shareholder, and stand to have their $100 million+ investment diluted by any recapitalisation.
