of course i study hard as to being right or wrong.i have no doubt i'm right on this one.saddam has plenty of money but has chosen not to spend it on children and the sick for two reasons. 1.prefers to spend it on himself and on his weapons program 2.he knows stupid people in the west and his own region will blame the usa if they show pictures of people close to death. this is so obvious.you proved my point by the way.
