    rumor has it that Forge may been the preferred contractor forthe EPC work for Roy Hill. This is highly likely to be a joint venture (due to the size of the contract) and I would think must involve Clough.

    So if this rumor eventuates, I would expect the share price to be > $1.46 but will the proposal offer effectively put a ceiling on the share price?
