Strategically a good move IMHO. PBT can negotiate from a stronger and more flexible position if the need for cash is not the basis of discussion with the big boys. Capital can be issued when required and at a commission that is, to me, a lot lower than an emerging company is normally charged in the US. A nice thought to go it alone , but unlikely.
