agree. will be known this week what the alternative financing arrangement is. hopefully its a friggin loan that don't dilute my shares too much. even better will be if there is a someone who is prepared to underwrite the shortfall. this way I can keep my 0.35c shares, and the overall total dilution isn't as significant.
