    Cudeco, I think you are right. A very coded OBL release after all the recent BAS flurry seems to say BAS has not complied with the ASX Listing Rules. Guess who has the predominance of the vote if COE cannot vote - little ol' OBL.

    Also, one wonders what the ASX is doing. The last release implies someone is yet to satisfy the OBL concerns.
