S722 ofthe corps act requires application monies to be held on trust until the shares are issued.
If no shares issued then the application monies are to be returned as soon as practicable.
RED didn't make the minimum subscription so no shares will bebissuedand our monies returned, I hope.
RED needs to do a deal or a receiver will be appointed.
If we ware lucky we will be squeezed otherwise we might become shareholders in a shell with no assets.
We need a small miracle.
