debt before dilution, page-33

M&G made comments in march about their 5 billion dollars and what they HAD DONE to turn it around.They said they could already see it working so it was all done by then.
Whatever they have done here sold or moved or bought is soley to do with CDU and what they hope to achieve NOW.
I hope they are gone but why would more than 5% of the company get sold and go missing?
Who would want to hide it or split it?
