It is an awful long time before real value realization in any of the subs....Perhaps 2 to 3 years.
We had the bad example of OBS fire sale to put food on the table.
There is strong possibility that SOLG/AJQ/OBS will become quite big...It will be a mistake exiting them prematurely....It defeats the purpose of birthing them in the 1st place.
DGR will have to think of a more effective method of raising cash on a regular basis ...hopefully in a more benign climate of rising SP.
Debt or Conv notes (with interest paid in scrip) is probably the way to go...We have the collateral & the capacity to pay off debt or redeem notes at a time that suits us....Alternatively notes will be converted at a much higher price.
On a different note ,I thought that market discount to NTA will narrow with more net worth ....I was wrong...No respect from the market yet...The same 60%+...I give up.
