Wanga,
I work in the oilfield in Malaysia, we fly in through Kuantan. I recently spent a week in town, instead of on the rig. My story is very consistent, and as for the information, you can take it or leave it, but i think you find it is closer to the mark than the wishful thinking going on here.
I would love phase to be up and operating, my wishes aren't always granted though, unfortunately.
