    Wellguy. In short let say you are a newbie and you have to the 7pm Brisbane time on the 12th Sept 13 to buy shares in DTE and you bought 9 shares for example. Then you could buy 1 share directly from Dart for 9 cents.

    If you are already a shareholder (I assuming you are not sophisticated or institutional shareholder) then you could buy 1 share for every 9 you are currently holding.
    But I think Dart has only $8.8mil by selling shares to us they may put a percentage threshold on how many one could buy.
