Anyone that buying them today would either hopping or believed that the S/P would rise beyond 11C in later date or even soon.

Is the S/P will fall to 9C or less? It may and it may not as well. I hope it won't anyhow after a long waited for some positive news.

I think the market is reacted to the news from Dart is actually some news with some tastes in it.

It is all good though.
