From my sources BHP would have never looked at STB, Eritrea is would never ever be considered. Not being negative but I think the board knows there is more value to go this alone. DFS from what I here is 60-70% complete, I believe Cornelius may be up in Asia ATM. My take is they will look at the Indians or Chinese to come up with the funding. Looking a little bit more positive.....
