and whats so special about !billion market cap if that is what the company is worth

i may be naive but the only way someone can keep the s.p. down is to sell shares
if you sell shares surely at some stage you have to buy them back again if u want to make a t/o bid
it would appear to me that with all the good news coming from the company that that would be an extremely stupid move
since it is unlikely that shareholders will be duped into thinking this company is not headed for the big time
