Funky, you continue to post nonsense - in my opinion.
PRR is a speculative stock and has been manipulated for a very long time, even when it went up to 42 cents.
One can look at price in whatever way one wishes. In September 2008 PRR was trading at 0.005 cents. Look at the price today. I could say that it is trending up, but like your claim this would of course be nonsense.
Its all about fundamentals at this stage in the game. Fundamentals are excellent. Forget Price.
