mostly experience, reading and close observation of the market till i got kind of a gutfeeling for things. had my first shares about 24 years ago, developed an interest in the market and started small before i got into trading full time as i lost quite regularly and only stopped working my other jobs when i was ready. the hardest things for me to learn were to take small losses quickly and patience, especially waiting for the right time to buy.
