Perhaps, McCartney. 100m IMU shares, which is close to the number the buyer/s are offering for, will be coming on board when CGP give out IMU shares in-specie. My hope- for both IMU and CGP, is that the shares are not handed out prior to IMU making a deal. Putting $475k out there, as potential to be bought into, seems a lot of money to tie up sitting on some micro-cap. Still ,if it moves to .006, I'll take it more seriously. If it moves to .007,I'll be happier still. :)
