guesses on final payment from toyota tsusho

So what are everyone's thoughts on what the final payment from Toyota Tsusho will be when(if) KAS complete the DFS by the end of Q4 2013?

I guess the central question is what the DFS NPV will be? i thought i read in some broker reports around the $150Mil with potential upside if they scale it up from processing 1Mtpa to 1.5Mtpa of ore which looks possible.

The Final Payment will be calculated as the lesser of either:
a. (20% - Toyota Tsusho’s Nominal Project %) x DFS NPV; or
b. 20% of DFS NPV – AU$15,000,000.
Toyota Tsusho’s Nominal Project % = Approximately 4% (subject to AU$ / US$ exchange rate fluctuation) plus AU$11,000,000 / US$ PFS NPV%
