The tin market is basically controlled by Indonesian exports. The government control battles going on ATM mean a lot of customers want other suppliers to reduce supply risk. The Government as is their want, want more tax from Tin producers. China is the other major player in the Tin market.
The Japanese want to be able to have control of what they class a strategic metal hence why they want in with KAS. You can bet the Japanese will back this to the hilt with lots of cash at a good price.
KAS is a lay down to make shareholders money in the medium term and will be trading in the 20's minimum before December.
