Who knows? Funding limitations on other positions? I'm not a mind reader, just reporting my view based on the facts that have been released and that's that the news flow is positive.
If you think the PFS will be bad then sell. If like me you think it's going to be positive and say a lot of money can be made from Kitumba, then buy! Simples.
