    re: selling pressure still out there. I am as confused as you B2.
    Fundamentals are good.
    Management is good.
    Prospects are good.

    But reputation? I think the Georgia thing 2 years ago still has some people a little edgy. That is all I can think of. If anyone has any other reason I would be interested.
