call me cynical, but it makes me think

Call me cynical, but there was a major reduction in the SHORT position immediately following the recent placement by BRU to Deutsche. I think it is time for the ASIC/ASX to review placements by companies to Institutions at a discount to the market, when ordinary shareholders miss out. BRU do have an SPP open at the same price, but let's face it, because it has been capped at $5 million, the small punter is likely to be scaled back 2/3rds or more of application.

....I was assuming the SHORTS would ALL have to be covered via the market, I COULD BE WRONG, but this new CEO would appear to have given some of the shorts a cheap way out, although he may not have been aware he was presenting the market killers with a gift. I'm sure that would not have been something Eric would have agreed to easily, given his shareholding.
