Ive been with Sanford premium for atleast six years too. No reason to change and have had few problems. Telephone service is always good too if your away from the office (higher brokerage but they will drop that if you ask nicely ssshh lol).
Bankwest trust account that comes with it default is a tad stingy only about 3.5% I think but dont quote me on that.
You may be able to link to a better acct not sure.
