The Liberal-led Coalition has refused to guarantee that it will maintain $1.2 billion in extra funding to boost wages of nurses and other aged care employees if it wins government.
The Coalition has implied it could scrap the Aged Care Workforce Supplement because, it says, many aged care providers cannot afford it.
