Welfare is about helping those less fortunate not those that less need it and at a time we have a so called budget emergancy????

Women, people on any income will be near broke at their own level of commitments.
These women would most likely do it on their own.
However PPL is encouraging working women to breed future working children.
PPL is not Welfare, it is a tax refund claim.
It is an investment in producing working off springs.
Welfare non working Mums producing future non working Welfare recipients is NOT a good investment.
I wonder how far the $10Bn and ever increasing cost of failed Boat people policies would help pensioners and homeless like the one that Rudd scurried away on one of his media walk?
