morning all,
watso's post made me think a little.
With the timing at present --------- if something blows up between now and when the new govt. is sworn in ---------
what actually happens?
I assume the powers are still with the old government - but, does the govt. elect have some say in any decisions that may be made?
Does the gov. elect have any power at all?
Is the old gov. restricted in any way now compared to before the election?
Hopefully, it is academic - but, these certainly are interesting times.
