Do you guys really see IMC taking over MOY? I have looked into IMC and it appears to me like they are more interested in others managing companies that they have significant stakes in.

I think IMC are genuinely bullish about MOYs resources and are hence increasing there position through underwriting the stock issue in order to avoid a takeover!

I would suspect they'd value this thing at 90c plus and wouldn't accept less.

All IMO. I'm no expert and happy to be corrected.
