It seems that they have secured a very good refinance deal. With 10% DPU yield and 11%EPU, the armortisation is probably close to zero.
$1.5 is not a great price, but probably reasonable, eg you need to leave some chips on the table so that others will put capital in.
I'm quite pissed off that the existing retail shareholders are left out of the deal. It's also strange that there's no trading halt. I really feel sorry for the poor sellers sold for much less than the recap price this morning.
