No killer blow that I can see, the shareprice has a solid floor still.

Plan C will be interesting. FDA calls perhaps, lobby a Senate committee, NYSE strings, fabricate a grand jury?

If AS has held back some details, they may have shot their load too early to cover. Another deal announcement and they are completely toasted.
