But you know it does make some sense, to me at least, to consider that if the company is found guilty of Misleading and Deceptive Behaviour then somebody within the company has behaved fraudulently. That somebody may well be very nervous about that possibility and may well have sufficient influence to bring about a resolution outside of the court.
