re: Ann: JV Agreement over Highly Prospective... As a previous holder (sold out years ago) I come by here every now and again to see and hear the tails of the poor suckers who buy into this company.

When I was a holder, nothing was done but management and large shareholders (usually management or directors) squeezing the company. The company would run out of cash and then put out a few nice reports (aka like this JV report) and then raise money again (usually paying a huge underwriting fee to a director related party) and then the cycle would happen again. Its only a pitty comments from years back cant be viewed so to warn other investors.

I actually cant believe the directors are still playing the same game.
