As much as I like GEM, it is very expensive on a PE of 32 with a ROE of 11%, a lot of future growth factored in already. EPS growth of 23% will be increasingly hard to maintain. Further SP growth absolutely reliant on continued child care centre purchases,but there is still a very large potential supply of centres left.
Tempted to take some profits again and maybe pick up again on a pullback.
