IWL was just making it clear that it is not looking to acquire any business units from SKD.IWL does mention discussions about possible corporate and operational oppurtunities.

This is good because it suggests SKD is planning strategies to turn it's business around.

If the management were looking to sell the SKD businesses(ie play the role of a liquidator), SKD would soon have no businesses and no platform from which to generate revenues and shareholder wealth.
