Isn't it possible that many/all of the other pending deals have been on a go-slow path to contract execution, at Unilife's request, pending the new Sanofi contract and termination of the previous obligations to pay Sanofi a royalty on other deals?
That is all out of the way now, so clear road ahead to finalise the others....
