It looks like your course of sales does not show chix trades, that explains the trade differential before the closing match.

Simply though trade ceases at 1600 then for the next 10 mins you can place your order. Based on volume the buys are netted off against the sells at the match price and all trades go through at that price at 1610. Many think that it is the average price it is not, thats why you see odd prices (really high bids and low asks) as the trader will not get that price but the match effectivly jumping the que.
