    I recently read a report that states that CDR is 20% undervalued at current levels.

    I am unsure what is going on here but I also read in the report that CDR is a take over candidate as it churns some $600 million in revenue.

    If a rival telco decides to take acquire CDR, the cost will be in the vicinity between $2.60 as high at $3.10.

    Any followers of CDR?
