It looks like a Westpac benefit. Ausbil Dexia is headed by a former Westpac guy.
I never take too much notice when banks become major shareholders, because it usually comes with baggage.
Eg. When one major bank I know finances an operation they become shareholders and insist that certain hedges and options be put in place that will cover their interest in the event of default. Fair enough, that's not bad, but it would be wrong to think that the bank is buying in because they think its a terrific investment. They may simply be there to protect the interest they are owned on their loan to the company.
