Don’t know how much ags is paying for their legal advise. In the end will they get a return on investment?

Lets go back to the unofficial legal update the new one dated 11 September 2013

“No date has been set for the next directions hearing

The hearing scheduled for 22 August 2013 was vacated. The next
hearing, at which it is expected issues concerning further discovery will
be heard, is expected to occur on 20, 23, 24 or 25 September but no
date has been set.”

And the circus, Hollywood production continues.

Everybody confident in the performance of the leaders , their legal advise and strategic decision making?
