I get the feeling that the planned funding assumes no option exercise.
However as the SP moves into the low 2s the options being exercised becomes a realistic possibility and the demand for new equity reduces and the strength of financing package increases.
At some point in this walk towards 2.5c the share price may catch fire and run real hard without any announcement from the company, Shareholders will realise that financing is in the bag with the $10 million from Options exercise now more certain. It should be circular and will feed off itself.... the higher the price the more certainty around financing, and the closer price will be to intrinsic value and so price increases. etc etc. This is the opposite of the death spiral of most small cap resources companies during the past few years.
Just don't know at what price this tipping point is and when the price will cross the point.
An announcement re settlement with Stirling may be the push???
Just a theory....
