Agree gozberg, $500K a year for a company that has a MC of ~$20M is obscene. That's almost a better yield for John than the best dividend paying stocks out there!
The options offering is only partially underwritten (up to ~56m options) and there is slim chances (IMO) that they'll exceed that amount. Hence the letters trying to spruik things up.
