Thanks for the reply Nabaru, but wouldn’t it make sense that if 97% is reported as recovered by gravity processing then it's only 3% that is left behind in the tailings that would then be stockpiled to possibly go through for leaching at a later stage and in fact 97% of the gold in ore is actually recovered by gravity?
That would be in line with what the company expects to recover during trial mining. They were aiming for 3000oz from 10,000t at 10g/t head grade and that would suggest they expect to recover around 94% (compared to 97% in test work) of the gold to a saleable form from this gravity only processing plant.
