One could also go sky diving,I would want to go with people that don't make mistakes.

This problem i firmly believe has nothing to do with management. (other than they employed who ever is doing this work)
IMO some one has made an error.( we may have the wrong packer or there is another problem with the plugs/or the way they sealed off the K)

I can fly a chopper but i wouldn't fly with me at the controls of an A380.
