Are you sure that they can run the trains more often than once per day? I see the rail problem occurring when the shed is full and weather conditions prevent more ships from being sent. In this case, there is nowhere to put the IO from the trains and so they will have to stop. For each day this occurs and it will in the winter months, production for the year will drop 28kt below nameplate without any chance or recovery. sdo
