    In todays fin review China will boost use of nuclear and gas. Government woul use an iron fist to shut down highly polluting outdated factories. Xiamen uni expects gas to increase from about 5% now to 8% or 9% by 2017 "A slight change for this will mean a lot for Australia" he said
