Milesy,a little bit of reading will see that in the last two years Matsa have been very frugal with raising funds:
February 2012 - about $250k
December 2011 - about $300k
August 2011 - about $624K
That does not suggest Matsa have been in the habit of mining their shareholders pockets,it's very minimal dilution compared to the average amongst junior explorers.
Let's wait and see how many they issue and at what price - I would consider a discount of 10%-15% from it's last traded price a good result in the current market.Remember the MD holds a wack of stock and has a vested interest to minimize dilution just like the rest of us want to see minimal dilution.It might also serve to increase liquidity which may be a good thing.
