Talks broke down between the OBL and the native title group and then a mediator was brought in... that failed. then the government awarded the title subject to appeal, then the native title group appealed the decision and now you are here... the case has been heard and the judge has reserved his judgement - so one day the judge will come back with his response and a ruling - until then you wait. nothing more to do
and now even if the decision goes in favour of OBL I doubt the share price will go very far as
1. they have no money
2. the imminent cap raise,(dilution by a third) because they have no money
3. drilling anything is a long way off, wet season approaches - approvals take a long time and need a lot of money
4. they have no money
sure they have deals in place when the Derby block is issued but they will lose a big percentage - because they have no money
